We were disappointed to see find that there is no help section listed anywhere on the Debt Consolidation Connection website. The site does, however, provide an e-mail form for a free debt consultation. There is also a toll-free customer service number that customers can call for help.We really didn't like the fact that we had to fill out a number of very personal details to send in an email support request, but we did it anyway. After submitting the form, we were told that Debt Consolidation Connection would be in contact with us soon if our information was “appropriate.” We were confused about the use of the word “appropriate” and felt that this term was a bit off-putting, especially due to the fact that there is no way for customers to look up information themselves on a Help section or Frequently Asked Questions list. Overall, Debt Consolidation Connection could do a lot of things to improve their customer service options and their website as a whole.
